Homemade texture/embossing paste

 

 

I would like to share with you  today my recipe for texture paste . You can go to art shop and purchase some texture/ embossing paste...or you can try to make your own, with supplies found in your home for a fraction of the price

 

 

You will need

 

1/4 cup Corn flour

1 Tablespoon PVA glue

1 Tablespoon White Acrylic Paint

Some water

 

 

 

 

Mix the flour, glue and paint in a bowl and add water, a little bit at the time until you reach the right consistency .It has to remain quite stiff and hold its shape.

Transfer the paste in an airtight jar ET Voila!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

How to use:

Apply your stencil on your support (primed or unprimed), spread the paste using an old credit card, remove the stencil carefully and allow drying.
