week 13

Good morning all,

What a glorious week this has been ...I have been struggling not too fell guilty about not stepping in the studio once this week and reminded myself that leaving a creative life, having a creative process does go beyond the studio and the four walls of the room ‘assigned’ for creativity in my home ....I cooked profusely, I laughed, I shared ideas and stories, took a millions pictures of those I love and did lay in the glorious sun and daydreamt , I allow my mind to wander freely and did not look at a clock ...I lived in the moment and this has fed me a million fold, nurtured my Soul, replenish my batteries and gave me ideas which I know will flourish on paper or in any other media . Remember it is all about the Here and now and life is a beautiful gift, so enjoy it!
